Paleo India Return Policies

We believe in quality and making long run relationship with our customer. But in case our customer requests for return, below are the policies which need to be followed:

• Products can be returned within 3 days of receiving only if the packs are sealed and not damaged in any way.
• Simply call us or leave a message on 9354183832. Paleo India Dryfruits team will look into and approve your return request. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed time.
• This is unlikely but if your courier box arrives damaged or in tempered condition, you must not accept the package and email/whatsapp us a picture of the damaged product with the Bar Code and delivery boy.
• We aim to process all returns within one week. All returns are subject to the discretion of Paleo India Food Enterprises.
• Orders which are pending for shipping can be cancelled within 2 working days from the date of placing the order. Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
